I've spent over two decades inside one of the world's largest financial services organizations, working alongside and coaching the leaders who drove its growth. That experience — navigating complexity, high-pressure environments, and the very human dynamics of leadership at scale — is the foundation of everything I bring to my clients today.

I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Associate Certified Team Coach (ACTC) through the International Coaching Federation, with more than 20 years of coaching experience across executive and team engagements. My approach is precise, evidence-based, and built around what actually changes behavior — not theory.

Based in Southern California, I work with leaders and teams across the country who are ready to close the gap between where they are and where they're capable of being.

Being coachable means being receptive to advice, trying out new ideas, and listening to tough feedback. It's the foundation of any successful coaching engagement — and the single biggest predictor of lasting change.
We begin with a comprehensive discovery session to understand your goals, challenges, and context. Before any coaching begins, we establish a clear, mutually agreed-upon coaching agreement that defines roles, responsibilities, scope, confidentiality, and success criteria — so all parties are fully aligned from day one. From there, we design a bespoke coaching engagement — typically 6–12 months — with regular sessions, structured reflection, and real-world application between meetings.
Most executive coaching engagements run 6–12 months. Team coaching programs typically run 3–6 months. Leadership development initiatives vary widely based on scope and organizational needs. We'll recommend the right duration during our initial consultation.
We offer both. Most coaching sessions are conducted virtually for convenience and consistency. For team programs and key milestones, in-person sessions are available and often recommended to build trust and momentum.
Absolutely. Our team coaching and leadership development services are designed for groups of any size. We frequently work with boards, C-suites, and cross-functional leadership teams to improve alignment and collective performance.

Absolutely. As an ICF credentialed coach, I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics — the gold standard for professional coaching conduct.
